WHO THE PROGRAM ADDRESSES
The open call is addressed to artists, curators, researchers, educators, producers, organizers, administrators, archivists, technologists, and cultural workers interested in examining the philosophical grounds and consequences of music institutions. Relevant contexts may include established organizations, independent initiatives, temporary projects, educational settings, festivals, ensembles, venues, archives, funding structures, digital platforms, professional networks, and informal scenes. This range is indicative rather than exhaustive.
Projects may begin from a specific institutional situation, a developing programme, a pedagogical or curatorial method, a governance question, a technological system, a conflict between values and procedures, or a broader artistic-research trajectory. Participants should be prepared to present work in progress, engage closely with the work of others, revise their positions through discussion, and contribute to a collective research environment.
The programme does not require applicants to arrive with a complete institutional theory or a ready solution. It seeks intellectual curiosity, critical openness, practical attentiveness, and a commitment to sustained exchange.
